• Landlord Tenant Finding Service: 12% including VAT of the first six months’ rent
• Tenancy Contract Renewal Fee: No Fee

• We do NOT charge additional fees when arranging for maintenance.
• We do NOT charge to register deposits with The Deposit Protection Scheme.
• We do NOT charge landlords a set-up fee on new tenancies
