Situated in the heart of West Wittering Village and a short stroll from West Wittering beach, Kendal is in the perfect location for a beach holiday. The Blue Flag beach at West Wittering offers a variety of watersports and for those wishing to take a stroll along the beach there is the National Trust area of East Head which is an area of outstanding national beauty.

The Cottage is well placed for the wide range of beautiful countryside walks and near to an excellent range of local pubs and cafes. The Salterns Way cycle path which follows the estuary up to Chichester, via Chichester marina is also a lovely outing at any time of the year. A few minutes drive along the coast is the village of East Wittering which offer a good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. Whilst Arundel with it's castle, Goodwood with its golf, motor and horseracing events and the city of Chichester with its shops, Cathedral and theatre are all within easy reach for those wishing to explore the nearby area.

The cottage has a large open plan dining/ lounge area which leads to the kitchen and small conservatory. There are two large upstairs bedrooms, one double and one twin with a large pull out bed. The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of four adults or families with three children are most welcome. Outside there is a delightful walled garden for relaxing after that busy day on the beach and off-street parking behind the cottage.
