Berry Barn Cottage is a gorgeous country home. It's an ideal location for sought-after West Wittering beach which is an easy 10 minute stroll away. The property is deliciously styled for comfort with its modern aspects discreetly merging with traditional.

The lovely sitting room is the ground floor centrepiece with a modern exposed beam ceiling and full length glass windows letting light stream in from the garden. The windows can be fully retracted as doors to bring the outside in on warmer days. This bright and airy room is so beguiling it will be difficult to decide whether to stay home or explore.

Three of the four large bedrooms have ensuite facilities. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and one bedroom has direct access to the patio and garden beyond.

The large enclosed garden is a delight with a meandering path and established shrubs and trees. It has bulb flowering beds for springtime, and an open shallow pond. The paved patio has weathered wooden furniture for al fresco meals and relaxing on clement days and evenings. The trampoline has been removed for safety purposes.

BBQs are forbidden anywhere at the cottage due the thatched roof and insurance requirements.
