CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
1. Bookings made more than eight weeks in advance require a one-third non-refundable deposit. The balance is then due eight weeks before your holiday commences
2. Once you have booked a property, an agreement is drawn up between you and the owner of the property. This agreement is sent to you for signature and should be returned to us along with a deposit equal to one-third of the total amount due plus a £5.00 Agreement Fee.
3. Bookings made eight weeks or less before arrival require the full payment. The above condition regarding the Agreement still applies. Bookings made within one week (seven working days) prior to your holiday must be paid in FULL in CASH.
4. If the booking is cancelled within four weeks of the commencement date, then the full rent due will be retained.
5. Bookings will be taken from Friday to Friday. The key may be collected from Baileys office between the hours of 3.00pm and 4.30pm on the day of arrival. If keys cannot be collected by 4.30pm then they will not be available until 9.00am on Saturday morning. Keys to be returned by 11.00am on the day of departure.
6. The rental grid is at the centre of this brochure. Dates that are left blank are reserved for the owners use. Please telephone this office for available dates.
7. On your departure the property MUST be left in a clean and tidy condition, as you would wish to find it yourself. Thank you.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Every effort has been made to describe the properties as accurately as possible in our brochure, however, Baileys recommend that you view your chosen property prior to booking to avoid the possibility of disappointment and will not be held responsible if, upon your arrival, the property does not meet with your expectations.
Cutlery and crockery is supplied in all properties. Electricity is included in the rental unless otherwise stated. Linen is not provided but can be hired directly from ‘The Linen Cupboard’.

COST: £20 PER WEEK
SINGLE BED
Single sheet. Single duvet cover (or single flat sheet if blankets are supplied instead of duvets). 2 pillow cases. 1 hand towel. 1 bath towel.
COST: £12 PER WEEK
Kitchen and Cot linen are not included.

Book early to avoid disappointment
A £20 returnable damage deposit will be required per linen booking.
(Overseas bookings require a deposit of £50)
The linen will be placed in a bag in the property prior to your arrival (the beds will not be made up). If the booking is for one week then for us to return your deposit the linen must be placed in the bag, the inventory checked to ensure that all is correct, and left in the property for collection on your final Friday.
If the booking is for more than one week then the linen must be placed in the bag on each Friday morning by 11.00am and it will be replaced by fresh linen during the day.
COT HIRE
Cots, highchairs and strollers can be hired from The Linen Cupboard at a cost of £12 per week.
