The spacious interior has the advantage of a downstairs double bedroom with a large en suite shower room.
From the entrance hall you walk into the large lounge, kitchen, diner with bi-fold doors onto the covered decked patio and lawned gardens leading to the seafront.
The fully fitted kitchen has everything you would need for a self catering holiday including a range style cooker with gas hob and double electric oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, cafetiere. There is a circular dining table with seating for 8 and a spacious sitting area with adequate seating for everyone. TV with freeview, SKY and DVD player.
There is a utility room on the ground floor with washing machine, tumble dryer and hanging rails for wet suits and swimsuits.

Three further bedrooms are upstairs
Bedroom 1 has a Super King Size bed with doors onto the balcony overlooking the sea. En-suite shower room/wet room. Surprise feature bath tucked away behind doors from the bedroom with views out to sea.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have 3' single beds which can be zipped together to make doubles.

The covered patio has seating overlooking the lawned garden. The owner has provided a wooden seating area by the sea wall so that you can watch the sun go over the Isle of Wight in the evening.
