Introduction
Fairhaven is a detached chalet bungalow with its own gardens to front and rear, situated on the seafront overlooking a small green and the sea. It was completed in 1989. We have tried to provide as much information as possible in this statement, if you have any queries please do call. We look forward to welcoming you.
Pre-Arrival

• The nearest bus stop is in the centre of the village, about 500m level walk.
• The nearest train station Chichester is 8 miles away; there are accessible taxis at the station or the numbers 52 and 53 buses travel from the bus station (opposite the train station) to the centre of the village and the service runs every 15 minutes for most of the day.
Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
• Vehicular access is on the landward side of the property, via a shared gravelled driveway
• There is parking for 2 cars on the gravelled forecourt in front of the garage, and in addition there is a single garage, and a paved parking space inside the gates
• Luggage can be unloaded at this location
• There is no vehicular access on the seaward side of the house
• Parking is about 30 metres away from the main door by paved path with a minimum width of one metre.
• Main entrance door has a single step 18 cm high and doorway is 89 cm wide and hinged on the right
• The distance from the main door sill to the edge of the paving opposite is 2.5 metres
