Health and safety notice for families with young children:
Please note some of the internal doors have glass that is not toughened. Also young children should be supervised on the decking as the bars on the rails are wide enough for a child to jump or fall down to the garden. Stairs in the property do not have stair guards. The beach furniture located on the private beach is made of wood that has not been sanded and splinters can occur. Also beware of nails from driftwood, that can accumulate on the private beach. Although we make every effort to maintain the decking, sometimes splinters do occur so beware of that when walking barefoot. Finally the chimney is not protected by a fireguard.
